
Sending a test message to her email account does not appear on her iPad but does on Outlook on her PC. Sending a test message to myself works and shows in the sent list for outlook. If I go to mail it tells me it updated but shows no mail. The account is outlook_[alpha numeric has buttons for mail, contacts calendar, etc, but doesn't seem to do anything. If I enter her email it asks for a password The options Create account or sign in with security key -which she doesn't have. I have around 10 email accounts, mainly 365 accounts, latest version of Outlook on my Mac V16.75. When I go to add account, I see the normal options iCloud, Exchange. Created on AugMoving emails from an imap account to 'On My Computer' does not work. Under mail I deleted her old Verizon account since it didn't work. My wife is using her phone currently so I'm working on Mail for iPad.
